Eckoh has been delivering telephone-based automated services since its inception in 1992. The company floated on the London Stock Exchange in 1999 as a digital media and communications company called 365 Corporation and three years later the business changed its name to Eckoh Technologies, with a new strategy to build market-leading speech recognition solutions.

Over the past decade Eckoh has experienced continued success in providing speech recognition and IVR technology to contact centers, and over that period has broadened its offering to include online and mobile services.
