Eckoh's clients will be able to take advantage of a number of technological advances encapsulated within Genesys' technology, which supplement Eckoh's hosted solutions.

Our speech-enabled, self-service platform is one of the largest in Europe, capable of handling 8,000 calls simultaneously and up to 650,000 calls per hour.
