Ed joined Eckoh in 2001 having previously worked as a Professional Services Consultant for 8 years.  Ed manages the product delivery team encompassing disciplines across project management, solutions architecture, dialogue design, application development and speech recognition analysis. With overall responsibility for the delivery of services through all stages of the project lifecycle, Ed has in-depth knowledge of both the hardware and software components that are integral to Eckoh's offering.
