In July 2006, Eckoh implemented EMC's Network Attached Storage system (NAS) to support more than 200 million minutes of data generated, annually, by voice recognition services.

The EMC Celerra NS500 NAS system provides storage and information analysis at Eckoh's three sites in Heathrow, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead. Information will be replicated between these sites to ensure increased information security and resilience.
