Eckoh in association with strategic business partner BT, provide Enterprise Rent-A-Car with an automated branch locator service using advanced speech recognition and interactive voice response technology.

By calling the service, customers can obtain selected branch location information quickly and easily by simply "speaking" the name of the city or town requested; an automatic "look up" of national store locations is then carried out by the system which automatically provides the customer with the appropriate branch information. The caller is then given the option to obtain branch specific address and contact information as well as the ability to connect through to the outlet directly.

Furthermore, the service enables customers calling a specific branch to leave a voice message when calling outside of opening hours.
