Strategic Alliance with BT

In 2003, Eckoh formed a strategic business alliance with BT to capitalise on the growing opportunity for automated outsourced solutions; in July 2005, BT/Eckoh announced the extension of this exclusive alliance until 2010.

Over the past three years, Eckoh, together with BT, has helped a large number of clients across the financial services, government, utilities, retail & distribution, telecoms and travel & leisure sectors to transform their business operations through the introduction of hosted automated services.

Since 2003, both Eckoh and BT have combined our competencies to create an unparalleled self-service proposition. Since January 2004, over 30 speech applications have been successfully deployed for 20 BT customers generating over 40 million minutes of self-service speech transactions.
