The entire service is powered by advanced speech-recognition technology, giving customers a faster, more convenient and personalised means of accessing cinema and film information versus more traditional touch-tone systems. All calls are managed and hosted on Eckoh's highly scaleable call processing platform, which is capable of handling up to 650,000 calls per hour and 8,000 calls concurrently.
