Business description

The Eckoh Group operates two independent divisions, Eckoh and Connection Makers. The 'Eckoh' brand comprises Speech Solutions and Client IVR, the Group's IVR Advertised Services division operates as 'Connection Makers'.

Eckoh

Eckoh is a European market leader in self-service call centre solutions using advanced speech recognition and related technologies. The Group has an exclusive partnership with BT to provide its top corporate customers with hosted speech recognition services.

Eckoh is one of the UK's largest providers of IVR and mobile interactive services, and works with a number of prominent media owners such as ITV, Trinity Mirror, Channel 4, IPC Magazines and EMAP. Eckoh delivers an end-to-end interactive solution including creation, design, development, implementation, deployment, hosting and reporting.

Connection Makers

Eckoh's IVR Advertised Services operate under the Connection Makers brand. This division specialises in dating and chat services which it provides to clients on a revenue share basis or advertising directly in newspapers, magazines and on television.
