Peter Reynolds, the Chairman of Eckoh Technologies PLC (“Eckoh”), commented at the AGM today: “The past financial year saw significant progress made in growing our Speech Solutions business. This was demonstrated by a number of large client wins, extension of the alliance with BT and expansion of our speech-enabled call processing platform. Since the year-end we have also secured ground-breaking contracts with UGC, Vue and the London Stock Exchange and will be making new contract announcements in due course. During the year the Group completed the share-for-share acquisition of Intelliplus Group plc which was accompanied by a number of changes to the Board. More recently we announced the resignations of Brian McArthur Muscroft and David Best, and I look forward to working with the Board as their new Chairman. Pending the appointment of a permanent candidate the Group Financial Controller, Adam Moloney, is acting as interim Finance Director. We do not intend to appoint another Non-executive Director in the short term.
