Eckoh today announces that Mike Neville has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. Mike, previously Chairman of Intelliplus Group plc (“Intelliplus”), which was acquired by Eckoh in September 2003, was primarily responsible for the turnaround in the fortunes of Intelliplus during the difficult economic conditions of 2001 and 2002. David Best, Chairman of Eckoh, said: “Mike joined the board in October last year following the acquisition of Intelliplus in the Summer. I would like to extend my thanks and the thanks of the Board for his significant efforts in making the acquisition happen, and also helping us to successfully integrate the two operations over the past four months.
