The Company was informed by Cavendish Asset Management Limited, today of an interest in 10,963,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). This represents approximately 4.02 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. Of the holding set out above, 5,963,000 Ordinary Shares are held by discretionary clients of Cavendish Asset Management, 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Cavendish Opportunities Fund and 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Cavendish AIM Funds. |
