Eckoh Technologies plc ("the Company") confirms that the directors listed below were granted share options under the Eckoh Technologies plc Share Option Scheme (1999) on Tuesday 13 September 2005. The awards made were as follows:

The option awards announced today are subject to performance targets set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. These targets must be met or exceeded before these options may be exercised. The above share options are exercisable from 13 September 2008 until 12 September 2015.
