Eckoh Technologies plc, (the “Company”) is pleased to issue a trading update prior to the end of the six month period ended 30 September 2005. 

During the period, the Company instigated a strategic review of its operations. To date, this has resulted in the separate listing of Symphony Telecom Holdings plc, a previously wholly owned subsidiary, raising £4.51m before expenses whilst retaining a 64.64% holding and the disposal of Freecom.net Limited to eDirectory.co.uk plc for up to £3.2m of shares in the acquiring company.

Profits in the first half have been satisfactory and are in line with the Directors expectations. The Directors are aware of the recent decline in the share price and believe that the current share price significantly undervalues the Company. Recent commercial successes including the renewal of the BT and TD Waterhouse contracts, the speech enabled “Journey Finder” product being awarded “Product of the Year” at the 2005 European Call Centre Awards, and ongoing discussions with a number of potential new clients enable the Directors to continue to be confident in the Company’s future prospects. The strategic review will continue with the aim of reversing the trend in the share price, and unlocking value for shareholders.
