Eckoh plc ("Eckoh") has today issued 57,500 ordinary shares of 0.25p pursuant to the exercise of Eckoh share options by Eckoh and Symphony employees.

An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market has been made and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Tuesday 5th December 2006.

Following the above issues, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by persons other than the Company in issue is 263,461,687.
