Eckoh Technologies plc announces that at the annual general meeting on 30
October 2006, Martin Smith will retire by rotation as stated in the notice
of meeting, but in the light of new business commitments, will not seek
re-appointment. A further announcement regarding the appointment of a new
non-executive director will be made in due course.
