 The Company announces that on 30 November 2006 it received notification that, following the share buy back announced on 29 November 2006, Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited has a notifiable interest in the Company of 18,603,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each representing 7.06% of the total number of ordinary shares held by persons other than the Company.
