The Company announces that it today received notification that, following the share buy back announced on 29 November 2006, Canada Life Limited has a notifiable interest in the Company of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each representing 3.04% of the total number of ordinary shares held by persons other than the Company.
