The Company have been informed by UBS AG of an interest in 16,337,386 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) as at 14 August 2006. This represents approximately 6.01 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital as at 14 August 2006. Following the issue of 1,236, 892 Ordinary Shares on 15 August 2006, and a further issue of 16,209 Ordinary Shares on 16 August 2006, the above holding now represents approximately 5.97 per cent of the Company’s Ordinary Share capital. |
