Further to the announcement on 14 August 2006, the Board of Eckoh announces that discussions regarding a possible offer from a third party for the Company have terminated. As a result, the board is now in a position to consider the best course of action for the return of the majority of funds received from the recent disposal of its holding in Symphony Telecom Holdings plc to shareholders. These funds are not considered necessary for current operations and details of how the funds will be returned will be announced in the coming weeks. 

The Company continues to trade ahead of market expectations and will announce its interim results for the six months ending 30 September 2006 on Tuesday 28 November 2006.
