Eckoh plc ("Eckoh") has issued 337,702 ordinary shares of 0.25p pursuant to the exercise of Eckoh share options. An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM has been made and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Tuesday 13 March 2007. The board of Eckoh announces that following the purchase of 53,846,084 ordinary shares pursuant to the purchase contract, and the issue of 337,702 ordinary shares referred to above, Eckoh now has in issue 195,759,576 ordinary shares of 0.25p each. |
