Eckoh plc ("Eckoh") has today issued 360,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p pursuant
to the exercise of Eckoh share options.

An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made and dealings in these shares are
expected to commence on Thursday 25 January 2007.

The Board of Eckoh announces that it now has in issue 248,837,248 ordinary
shares of 0.25p each.
