Eckoh plc ("Eckoh") has today issued 3,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p pursuant
to the exercise of Eckoh share options.

An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM has
been made and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Thursday 31
May 2007.

In conformity with Section 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
we would like to notify the market of the following:

Eckoh plc's share capital now consists of 199,759,576 ordinary shares of 0.25
pence each. The total number of voting rights in Eckoh plc is 199,759,576.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Eckoh plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
