Board Appointment

Eckoh plc ("Eckoh") one of Europe’s leading providers of outsourced automated solutions, is pleased to announce that Jim Hennigan has been appointed as an Executive Director to its Board with immediate effect.

Following a 20 year career in IT, including senior roles at Apple and Marks & Spencer, Jim joined Eckoh in 2000 as Group CTO, becoming Managing Director of its contact centre solutions business in 2002.  Jim is a recognised authority on speech technology and automation and their impact on customer satisfaction.

Commenting on Jim’s appointment Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer of Eckoh, said:

“I am pleased to welcome Jim to the Board. He has been very successful in his leadership of the contact centre solutions business, and will bring considerable experience to the Board. There are no further details specified by Schedule 2 (g) iii-viii of the AIM Rules to be disclosed for Mr Jim Hennigan.
