Learning and Development
You Grow, We Grow
Every day is a learning day at Eckoh. We don't believe your development ever really stops, especially in the world of technology, where we constantly need to keep on the front foot. We provide training and development in a number of ways.
″ I started with Eckoh six years ago as a Contact Centre Agent and really enjoyed it, but my passion has always been IT, so I jumped at the chance when a Junior Developer role came up. At this time I didn't have the necessary skills to get the position, but the Development Team and wider IT department saw my enthusiasm and potential, and encouraged me to learn what I needed for the next time a similar role came up. And this time I was ready - and got the role. I've since received funding to study for a Computer Science Degree. It's great how Eckoh invests in its people and I'm truly thankful for the career support I've received.″

Investing in You
Everyone's creativity needs to be inspired from time-to-time.
As well as the opportunity to train towards a nationally recognised qualification, we believe in holding Hackathons and workshops to keep everyones skills up-to-date. Inspiring speakers such as Sebastian Berghamm, and Simon Singh with his infamous code breaking machine, have been invited to present.
Our 'Thinking and Drinking' sessions are compulsory for Developers to share technology best practices, and always end with pizza and beer.
Everyone deserves a little reward and recognition for their hard work.
That’s why we publicly RAVE about our colleagues every month. Nominations are made by colleagues and peers. Whether you have gone over and above your work commitments, or simply being consistently helpful and supportive of your team.
Every year, we thank our long-serving people for their hard work and loyalty. Without them, we wouldn't be the great company we are.
