Chrissie joined the company in May 2017 from PayPoint plc, the FTSE 250 retail technology and multi-channel payment solutions business. Her career has brought significant industry insights and experience from one of the leading global secure payments companies. In addition, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG, Chrissie has considerable executive experience at a number of high growth, consumer facing businesses including Collect+, a fast-growing joint venture between PayPoint plc and Yodel and Travelodge Hotels Ltd.
President, US Operations
Dan leads Eckoh sales and solutions implementation across the United States. Combining over a decade of payments expertize with customer experience knowledge, Dan helps today's modern organizations maximize each customer interaction and provides guidance on how to have those interactions in a safe and secure environment. Prior to joining Eckoh, Dan held a senior position at West Corporation leading their sales, solutions and consulting organization, and spent over 10 years at First Data Corporation, helping clients implement payment solutions in both card present and card not present environments.

Todd has more than 25 years experience in contact centers, including 20 years at the senior management level, he totally understands how to work effectively with customers, ensuring they get the most out of their investment in our solutions. Most recently, prior to Eckoh, Todd was the CEO of PSS. Todd's role at Eckoh involves overseeing the company's key frontline functions at a strategic and operational level, with a focus on Customer Contact Solutions. This includes the professional services, project delivery activities, solution integration and support services as well as other areas of the company's operations.

Archie manages all Operations for Eckoh in the US, with an extremely flexible and professional approach to coordinating, designing and delivering contact center and payment security solutions. He also ensures Eckoh continues to provide world class support that keeps mission critical applications and platforms delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Head of Global Marketing
As Head of Global Marketing, Tony's goal is to understand the challenges organizations face around PCI DSS compliance along with how to make multi channel contact center experience a satisfying reality for consumers and then articulate the appropriate solutions. A leading commercially minded marketer, Tony's professional experience over 25 years includes directorships in Sales, Marketing and Commercial roles working with global brands across a broad range of markets. He was most recently Chief Marketing & Sales Officer for PSS Help who Eckoh acquired in 2015. Working in partnership with the rest of the leadership team Tony is developing a blended contact strategy with which he is tightly integrating marketing into the sales process and other activities of the business.

As CTO Keith has consulted with hundreds of large enterprise and Telco companies on their contact center needs, next generation IVR, speech solutions and network/web services infrastructures that drives new customer and self-service applications. For 20 years Keith held multiple high-level positions on both the vendor and customer sides of the IT and Contact Center industry.
Vice President of Legal and Human Resources
Barbara is a senior level attorney with a wide range of experience and a focus on providing practical legal solutions for the telecom industry. Barbara handles contracts from Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements to Statements of Work. Working diligently with contracts, procurement and legal teams, she negotiates, reviews and concludes deals swiftly.
Vice President, Secure Payments Solutions
Jack is a trusted professional having served prominent telecommunications providers, global credit card companies, and various IT solution providers. With over 17 years of applied technical experience, he has substantial expertise in solutions integration, call recording, voice and data environments, and payment processing among others. Jack is responsible for leading the US technical organization. He is essential in identifying and evolving appropriate technical solutions for clients in-region, managing the hosted data centers, and continually enhancing our product suite within the marketplace.
