Customer Service Advisors

We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisers to join our friendly team in Hemel Hempstead.

Are you passionate about good customer service?

Can you work at least 16 hours a week?

Can you work within 8am-10pm Monday to Sunday with some evenings and weekends included?

Our Story

Eckoh is an exciting, fast growing technology company providing large enterprises, who operate or use Contact Centre services, with innovative Customer Engagement solutions and Secure Payment services. Our clients include some of the largest and best-known brands across the world.

Our Contact Centre manages the Customer Services for clients such as Vue Cinemas & Tenpin bowling, as well as offering secure payments to a range of other clients. You will be taking inbound customer service and payment calls helping our callers with whatever problems they face, this could range from an item of lost property, making a booking / taking a payment or handling feedback, and this can be via telephone, live chat, social media or email.

You will need to be

  • GCSE level education or equivalent (Preferred)

All employees must be available to work at least one evening and one weekend shift per week, though shifts are provided flexibly within the times you’re available and may not include evenings and weekends every week.

Salary: An hourly rate between £5.00 - £9.10 + bonus, incentives & benefits
