It has become increasingly clear that end-users want vendors to ‘prove it’. They want proof that the solutions work, that they are sustainable and scalable. The best way to do that is to show them examples of successful installations. Let them talk to satisfied clients.
The inaugural AKJ Associates’ PCI Awards for Excellence build on that simple idea. They are based on reviews of real-life projects and case studies.
Eckoh’s win was secured through its work for Target, a financial and administrative software services company that sells insurance for its clients and collects arrears payments for mortgages and loans. Target’s challenge was to remove its contact centres from PCI DSS scope, ensure remaining services were PCI DSS compliant and achieve all this within 8 weeks from contract start and within budget.
