Eckoh is pleased to announce that its recently acquired subsidiary PSS Help has been selected to provide an Agent Desktop solution in the USA.
The agent desktop solution is for a major global communications company's (the "Client") contact centre operations
The five-year agreement, worth a minimum of $2m over the term, is as a result of a number of months of activity from PSS Help and is the first contract to be announced since Eckoh's acquisition on 18 November 2015. It is also an early illustration of the opportunity for Eckoh to develop PSS Help's sales of higher margin products including Eckoh's secure payments.
The Client is a leading provider of Internet, TV and Voice channels serving residential, business and government customers across the United States. It is included on the Fortune 500 list of America's largest corporations.
PSS Help will be implementing and supporting a browser-based Agent Desktop solution, which requires no installation of software on the desktop, enabling corporations to deploy large projects and new features instantaneously. The service will provide full telephony and multi-media presentation functionality across a range of telephony and CTI platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco and Aspect.
The flexibility of PSS Help's solution was a major attraction for the new Client, allowing it to customise each agent group in a true multi-tenant environment, applying different toolsets, layouts, styles and security. In addition, the solution is scalable, quick to deploy, simple to maintain and easy to modify. As a consequence the Client is expected to benefit from large operational cost savings when the implementation is fully completed in summer 2016.
