Eckoh Experience Portal enables digital transformation for the Insurance sector
Eckoh (AIM: ECK), the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, will be showcasing its innovative Experience Portal at the BIBA 2019 conference in May. As a regular BIBA exhibitor, Eckoh’s solutions are a good fit for insurance organisations seeking to embrace what technology can bring to digital transformation.
With transformation projects being a high priority this year most organisations will be considering whether they have all the skills in-house or whether it would be more sensible to work with a partner with specialist capabilities to help them achieve their goals.
As the theme of this year’s BIBA conference is ‘Leading the Way’ one topic of discussion will be how technology can help the sector overcome current challenges. One such challenge is being able to offer the customer their channel of choice because that is what drives their selection of an insurance company. They expect to be able to engage with you whenever and whenever they want to and on their preferred device. This can be difficult to deliver if you have lots of legacy solutions strung together from different suppliers.
For this reason, Eckoh created its Experience Portal to allow organisations to access a full range of solutions from omnichannel, self-service and secure payments – all from one cloud-based portal. Insurers will be able to take the solutions they need today and simply add new channels and tools as they are needed so they can always be at the forefront of customer engagement. Being able to have this suite of solutions available from one supplier will not only ease the management of digital transformation but will also be more cost effective and bring a greater return on investment.
As card payments are a key element in the provision of any insurance service – whether online or over the phone – the need to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a top priority across the sector. Eckoh are a leading provider of solutions for businesses to achieve, and maintain, PCI DSS compliance and have been a PCI DSS level 1 Service Provider since 2010. Eckoh’s understand the challenges contact centres face because they have faced those same challenges themselves in their own contact centre. They use their own secure payment and engagement solutions, so they know that they work.
Eckoh have an enviable list of insurance sector clients that include Legal & General, NFU Mutual, Covea Insurance, Chaucer Insurance, AXA, Aviva and Target Group, so why not come along to stand C83 and talk to us about how we can help you overcome your challenges from full digital transformation to customer engagement or secure payments.
