Eckoh shortlisted for Risk Management and Credit & Collection Awards
Eckoh (AIM: ECK), the global provider of Secure Payment products and Customer Engagement solutions, has been shortlisted for further awards for its Secure Payment solutions in both the CIR Risk Management Awards and the Credit & Collections Technology Awards.
Eckoh submitted its complete Secure Payment Portfolio for both these awards as it clearly demonstrates how comprehensively Eckoh’s technology enables secure payments to be taken across all channels – from telephone to web, mobile app, chat and e-Wallets.
Shortlisting for these awards distinguishes nominees, individuals, companies and organisations who have launched and implemented the most innovative solutions, initiatives and projects during the past year.
This year’s winners will be announced at the Gala Dinners in September.
Nik Philpot, CEO at Eckoh, commented: “We are extremely pleased to have been recognised for our innovative solutions that help contact centres to stay right up to date by offering the latest technology and methods for taking secure payments. We’re committed to bringing the latest and best solutions to the market without ignoring traditional engagement channels. As an example, creating a solution for taking secure payment within live chat, or accepting e-Wallet payments, helps to keep contact centres at the forefront of delivering secure and exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking forward to learning the decision of the judges.”
