Eckoh plc has been named as a finalist in the Call & Contact Centre Expo Awards 2018 for Best Security Solution.
Eckoh’s Head of Global Marketing, Tony Porter, will meet with the judges on Eckoh stand (2282) at the event at London’s Excel on 21 – 22 March 2018.
Ashley Burton, Eckoh’s Head of Product, will also be presenting an education seminar, in Theatre 8 on Thursday at 16.45, titled ’Multi-Channel or Multi-Flannel? Stop frustrating and start delighting your customers.
The event focuses on the needs of today’s contact centres – from taking secure payments to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As such, the topics covered, and the list of exhibitors, is diverse.
