Eckoh, a global provider of secure payment and multi-channel customer service solutions, has acquired PSS Help, a US-based company specializing in the management of contact center and customer experience technology.
Public sector bill payment services provider, allpay has chosen Eckoh to secure customer payments made over the telephone. In addition, allpay and Eckoh have entered into a partnership that will resell CallGuard to allpay’s clients.
