Eckoh announces major expansion to global Secure Voice Cloud platform

- Expansion of delivery footprint to support a growing global client base
- An additional seven regional points of presence added, including Sydney

April 17, 2024: Eckoh plc (AIM: ECK) the global provider of Customer Engagement Data Security Solutions, today announces that it has further expanded its global Secure Voice Cloud platform footprint, extending both the availability and geographic reach for its global client base.

Eckoh’s core cloud platforms already operate across multiple regions and availability zones with a further seven regional Points of Presence recently launched. This includes Eckoh's first dedicated Asia Pacific Secure Voice Cloud platform launched in Sydney.

This ongoing expansion is vital to ensure Eckoh’s cloud delivery platform can service the growing demand of its global customers, who are increasingly moving their contact centres to the cloud due to the benefits of greater scalability, flexibility, simpler management, and a seamless customer journey. In the last 3 years Eckoh has seen the share of annual recurring revenue from cloud triple in the key North American market.

As the movement of contact centres to the cloud gains pace, expanding our Secure Voice Cloud puts Eckoh in a strong position to support its growth ambitions as well deliver frictionless interactions on behalf of its growing international client base. The global cloud-based contact centre market is estimated to be growing from $17.1 billion to $54.7 billion in the five years to 2027 – a compound rate of about 26% a year.*

Dave Holliday, Global IT Director, at Eckoh, said:

“Eckoh is on a mission to set the standard for secure interactions between consumers and the world’s leading brands. We continue to invest in our platforms and technology to not only improve the security and availability of our products, making them the best they can be, but also to ensure we have the right infrastructure in place to support seamless customer engagement.

Eckoh has been operating cloud platforms for nearly a decade, and we continue to see increasing demand across our client base for both pure and hybrid cloud solutions. I am pleased to continue to help bring the benefits that cloud adoption offers to both our existing clients and to our ever-expanding new client base.”
