The Role:

We are seeking a Contact Centre Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day performance and delivery of Eckoh’s inbound contact centre operation. You will drive operational excellence, customer service and client satisfaction, while maintaining oversight of performance, suppliers and service levels. Leading a hybrid and remote workforce of around 50–60 employees, you will foster a high‑performing culture and ensure the consistent achievement of operational targets, client SLAs and business objectives.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Eckoh’s technical team as the primary owner of the health and continuity of our on‑premises and hosted LAMP stack systems. This hands‑on contract role focuses on the day‑to‑day operation of legacy Linux infrastructure, ensuring stability, availability and security. You will be expected to make an immediate impact, operate independently with minimal supervision, and maintain critical services while the wider team focuses on cloud modernisation.

The Role:

Eckoh is hiring a Senior Technical Writer to establish and own the documentation function across its customer engagement security platform. You will define documentation standards, architecture and tooling, creating high‑quality content spanning API documentation, user guides, internal enablement and product messaging. This high‑autonomy role will shape how Eckoh communicates its products, while driving structured, version‑controlled, docs‑as‑code practices that support modern AI‑enhanced software delivery.

The Role:

Eckoh is building a new Data Lakehouse on Databricks and AWS to support real‑time dashboards, reporting, AI and compliance. As Principal Data Engineer, you will shape architecture, set engineering standards and lead delivery of complex platform components. Working with the Team Lead and partners, you will guide engineers, ensure scalable, high‑quality solutions, and build robust data pipelines and products that Eckoh can confidently own and evolve.

The Role:

This is an opportunity to join Eckoh’s TechOps function as we evolve CloudOps into a product‑led platform team. As Technical Product Owner, you will define the roadmap, backlog and outcomes of the cloud platform, translating business needs into engineering priorities. Working closely with CloudOps, Service Operations and Security, you will drive a disciplined, measurable, customer‑focused approach, ensuring the platform delivers strong operational and commercial value.

The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager to retain and grow key customer relationships across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will combine strong commercial and technical understanding to manage day‑to‑day account performance, drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and deliver value. With excellent relationship, analytical and presentation skills, you will focus on account development, coordination and retention while building long‑term customer growth.

The Role:

We are looking for a Platform Operations Engineer to join our 24/7 team, responsible for the performance, stability and resilience of Eckoh’s AWS‑hosted SaaS platforms. You will own cloud operations, monitoring and incident management, assessing impact and driving resolution in line with SLAs. With strong analytical skills and experience across AWS, infrastructure and networking, you will manage incidents end‑to‑end and communicate clearly to build trust during live service events.
