The Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead UI Engineer with deep expertise in Vue.js/Nuxt and TypeScript to own the UI architecture and shared front-end foundations of our core SaaS portal platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll provide hands-on technical leadership across the portal framework, monorepo, and shared component library, while working closely with product, design, and back-end teams.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Eckoh’s TechOps team, responsible for the 24/7 operation of a secure, highly available, PCI‑compliant AWS platform underpinning mission‑critical services. You will own service and security operations, reliability and observability, working closely with engineering and operations teams to enable secure, automated delivery while championing DevSecOps and driving improvements in performance, scalability and security.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Eckoh’s TechOps team who maintain responsibility for the 24/7 management and operations of Eckohs secure, highly available, PCI-compliant AWS hosted platform that underpins Eckoh’s mission-critical services. You will be responsible for the service/security operations, platform reliability, observability, and availability metrics. You will collaborate closely with development teams, SREs & broader operations teams to enable secure, automated delivery of services while championing DevSecOps principles. The Role:

As AI Platform Tech Lead for Eckoh’s AI solution, you will lead the technical roadmap, making informed architectural decisions and owning technical outcomes. You will mentor and develop a high‑performing engineering team, set scalable engineering standards, and act as the primary technical contact for architects, clients and partners. This hands‑on role demands strong engineering judgement, AI domain awareness, and the ability to balance innovation with security, regulation and commercial needs.

The Role:

As Product Owner for Eckoh’s AI solutions, you will own the vision, value proposition and delivery of AI-powered capabilities that enhance secure engagement products. You will define what we build and why, translating business outcomes into scalable, production-ready AI increments. Working cross-functionally and within governance, you will align senior stakeholders, balance innovation with security and regulation, and ensure commercial viability, delivery confidence, and high‑quality global deployments.
