A founder of Eckoh with over 20 years' service, prior to Eckoh he was at British Telecom before establishing several start-up businesses in the telecoms and technology sectors. Nik's focus on innovation and growth has driven the company to become a global leader in Customer Engagement Security Solutions and his insight and vision is transforming the way customers and brands are protected.

Mark is chair at Eckoh and brings over 30 years of software, SaaS and leadership experience.

He has worked in private equity backed businesses for 15 plus years and, is also chair at Gresham a SaaS provider of financial data management solutions and Vanda a data and research business. Earlier in his career Mark held leadership positions at Standard & Poors and Interactive Data Corporation and has spent nearly half of his career working in the US.

Chrissie joined the company in May 2017 from PayPoint plc, the FTSE 250 retail technology and multi-channel payment solutions business. Her career has brought significant industry insights and experience from one of the leading global secure payments companies.

In addition, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG, Chrissie has considerable executive experience at a number of high growth, consumer facing businesses including Collect+, a fast-growing joint venture between PayPoint plc and Yodel and Travelodge Hotels Ltd.

As SVP of Global Sales, Serkan leads the company’s global sales organization and works with enterprises to transform customer engagement through secure payment and AI-powered customer experience solutions.

A seasoned commercial leader with more than 15 years of experience in enterprise technology, Serkan has successfully led global sales organizations across AI, automation, and customer experience. Before joining Eckoh, he held senior leadership roles at Kore.ai, IPsoft, and QX, helping some of the world’s leading brands adopt innovative technologies that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate business growth.

With over 20 years of service, Ash works with colleagues, partners and clients to build products that help contact centers create secure, compelling interactions with their customers.

With a constant eye on industry trends, new technologies and client requirements, Ash manages Eckoh's product portfolio. With a passion for helping contact centers leverage the benefits of technology, Ash drives the industry forwards and he is named on a number of Eckoh's patents. Ash also helps to communicate the product vision and can be seen presenting on webinars and at industry events.

His career in computer technology started at Texas Instruments in 1988 and he has since held technology and management roles across the IT and Telecommunications sectors. Dave joined Eckoh in 2003 and after a number of positions within the Group he has responsibility for the organization's infrastructure technology strategy, covering Information Technology, Systems, Telecommunications and Information Security and Governance.

As SVP of Technology and Engineering, Justin is responsible for ensuring that the proper solution is engineered during pre-sales, and then delivering that solution post-sale.

Justin brings more than 20 years of Contact Center and telephony experience as well as extensive experience leading large teams in deploying enterprise-grade solutions. His previous position at Eckoh was Director of Professional Services for PSS, which Eckoh acquired in 2015.

Winston has been with Eckoh since 2015 and manages a fantastic team of experienced Project Managers based in the US and UK.

Managing and supporting a team of professionally certified Project Managers, based throughout the US and UK, Winston also works closely with other departments to collectively ensure Eckoh's innovative products and solutions are delivered quickly and efficiently for Eckoh's clients.

As Head of AI at Eckoh, Laurence leads the company’s AI strategy, helping shape the next generation of secure, intelligent customer engagement solutions. He is responsible for driving AI innovation across the business, ensuring organizations can confidently adopt technologies that enhance customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of security and trust.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning enterprise infrastructure, solution architecture, automation, and conversational AI, Laurence has helped global organizations design and implement transformative AI solutions. Prior to joining Eckoh, he held senior technical leadership roles at Kore.ai, Nuance, Amelia (formerly IPsoft), and QX, where he partnered with enterprise customers to deliver AI-powered customer service, intelligent automation, and end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.

Known for bridging the gap between complex technology and practical business outcomes, Laurence combines deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation. He works closely with customers and partners to help organizations realize the full potential of generative AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation in a secure, scalable, and responsible way.

Ryan has been with Eckoh since 2013 and, as Head of Technology, is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic technology direction across architecture, cloud, AI and data.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Security and AI leadership, Ryan defines Eckoh’s target technology architecture, guides key technical decisions, and ensures the company’s platforms remain secure, scalable, resilient and commercially effective. During his time at Eckoh, he has helped lead the transition to cloud-native technologies, modernise engineering practices, and build the technology foundations that support the company’s products, customers and future growth.

With over 15 years of engineering leadership in high-growth software businesses, Caroline leads Engineering at Eckoh, accountable for the teams that build the secure payment and customer engagement products trusted by some of the world's best-known brands.
 
Caroline joined Eckoh in 2026 from The Access Group, the business management software group, where she led the SMB engineering function across payroll, HR and compliance software — domains where security, accuracy and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable. Prior to that she spent six years at Sage plc, the FTSE 100 accounting, payroll and payments business, latterly as Director of Engineering, leading the delivery of a new integrated payroll platform across global markets.
 
At Eckoh, Caroline has responsibility for engineering delivery across the product portfolio, covering software engineering, quality engineering, data and the AI platform capability behind Eckoh's conversational AI products. She combines strong delivery and quality discipline with a people-first approach to leadership, building teams that deliver predictably and at pace.

With over 15 years of experience across enterprise technology and operations, Alex leads Cloud Operations at Eckoh, ensuring the platforms that protect millions of secure customer interactions run reliably, securely and at scale.

Alex joined Eckoh in 2016 and has spent more than a decade helping the business evolve its cloud infrastructure to meet the demands of a global, security-first payments platform. Prior to Eckoh, he spent five years at Parker Hannifin. Alex combines deep operational discipline with a focus on resilience and continuous improvement, keeping Eckoh's services available and compliant for the world's most trusted brands.

With 17 years of experience at Eckoh and within the Contact Center Industry, Jake leads our in-house outsourced Hybrid working Contact Center. His wealth of experience equips him to address the same challenges faced by our customers.

With a strong focus on the client and end-user experience, Jake also aids in ensuring customer success as well as product design, ensuring the solutions we provide meet the needs of our end users. Together with his team, Jake provides invaluable insights into our clients' challenges, helping to inform our future roadmap.

As VP of Finance, Kyle brings over 10 years of progressive finance experience to the leadership team and plays a key role in our growth in United States market.

Kyle’s background in public and private accounting has established a strong skill set and knowledge base of finance and commercial operations throughout numerous industries, including high growth technology companies. Using a principles-based approach, Kyle aims to promote overall growth and profitability while mitigating risk in contracting. Kyle holds a designation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Nebraska.

With over 16 years of HR experience in the Information Technology sector, Lisa is a passionate advocate for fostering inclusive workplaces and promoting employee growth and development.

At Eckoh, Lisa leads recruitment, retention, and HR compliance efforts, leveraging her deep knowledge of onboarding and CIPD Level 3 and 5 qualifications. With a tenure spanning over 15 years at Eckoh and 12 years at Sanyo, Lisa's dedication to humanity, diversity, and positive workplace culture drives impactful change within the organization.

Steven Butler serves as Vice President of Legal, where he leads the company's legal strategy and provides trusted counsel across a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters. He partners closely with business leaders to enable growth, manage risk, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

With extensive experience in commercial contracting, compliance, governance, and risk management, Steven is focused on delivering practical legal solutions that help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability. He is passionate about building strong relationships, simplifying complex legal challenges, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
