Our Solution

Eckoh is the first PCI payments provider able to integrate with SAP, leveraging the SAP platform to handle payments securely. The solution secures over 600 agents, protecting them from sensitive data and protecting them from PCI scope. Automatic speech recognition lets customers speak card details or orders over the phone without needing to use DTMF, adding flexibility for orders taken on the move.
