The Role:

We are looking for a Platform Operations Engineer to join our 24/7 team, responsible for the performance, stability and resilience of Eckoh’s AWS‑hosted SaaS platforms. You will own cloud operations, monitoring and incident management, assessing impact and driving resolution in line with SLAs.
