Double-digit revenue growth demonstrates leadership in the Contact Centre Technology field
Eckoh (AIM: ECK), the global provider of Secure Payment products and Customer Contact solutions, has published another set of outstanding results for the six months ending 30th September 2019.
What stands out most from the highlights is the increase in Group revenue of 37% and a rise in profit of 161%. With 15% more business being contracted in the period, totalling nearly £20 million, it clearly demonstrates that Eckoh is not only a financially stable business but the leading performer in its sector.
In the UK the double-digit growth is driven by the digital transformation platform – the Eckoh Experience Portal (EXP) – which is enabling customers to make important step changes in the way they embrace the digital demands of their customers. Its simplicity is one of the reasons that the UK saw a strong renewal trend in the period and an increase in existing customers adding solutions from Eckoh’s portfolio. Evidently, customers are discovering how easily they can extend their Customer Engagement and Secure Payment tools with Eckoh.
EXP lets customers take the solutions they need today and simply add new ones when required – all from one supplier. Launched last year, EXP is consistently gaining more traction as organisations – of all sizes - recognise that solutions need to work seamlessly together to create truly connected customer journeys.
It’s also worth noting that these strong results come against a backdrop of an uncertain economic climate in the UK, which could have negatively impacted Eckoh’s performance. Instead, in the first six months, Eckoh has achieved its 10th consecutive year of being PCI DSS compliant, has added a new payment option in the form of Pay by Bank app to its e-Wallet solution and continued to win record levels of business with new and existing clients.
