Speech Payments
A payment that is made by speaking the card details to an automated system.
Some customers have difficulty entering card data using their phone keypad. In these cases, Eckoh’s solution means that they can read out their card details aloud, but the agent will not be able to hear them. Instead, the agent’s payment screen shows progress indicators but no sensitive card data. The payment can then go ahead as normal, but no data has been exposed.
