We know that our solutions truly work to secure payments because we use them in our own contact center and have been continuously PCI DSS compliant since 2010.

Realizing that digital channels, such as web chat, social media and email, would be crucial to evolving the customer experience we acquired a company with complementary expertise to Eckoh – Klick2Contact - and we’ve not looked back since. The combination of chat and secure payment expertise led to the world’s first PCI DSS compliant payment within a chat window. In the same year we also performed the world’s first secure payment using Apple Pay over the Telephone for which we won the Payment Awards Innovation category in 2017.

We also noticed that businesses were changing their attitudes and were, increasingly, looking for one supplier who could handle all their requirements rather than many single contracts.

Our broad portfolio of customer engagement and secure payment tools put us in a great position to be able to do this and so, we created the Eckoh Experience Portal in 2018. So now, our clients can add new channels and tools when it suits them, without having to change or add suppliers.
